Cliff Doman, DMD
Dr. Doman grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he graduated from Skyline High School. He comes from a family of 9, with 3 brothers and 3 sisters, all of whom live in Utah County now. He is an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and he served as a missionary for the Church in Chicago, Illinois.
He attended BYU and graduated with a degree in exercise science. While there, he was blessed to be able to play football for the school’s team. He was elected to the Academic All-Conference team three years in a row. But more importantly, his time at BYU led him to meet and marry Rocky, and now they have five beautiful kids together. Dr. Doman is pleased that one of them was a little princess girl. They currently reside in Pleasant Grove, UT.
Dr. Doman received his dental degree at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He was honored to serve as both the Vice-President and then President of the class. He also sat on the honor code committee for the school, and he was awarded to be a member of the National Dean’s list. He graduated in 2004 and immediately returned home to Utah to work as a dentist. He spent the first year as an associate dentist working mostly in Magna, Utah, but then he quickly set up his own office. He opened shop in Lehi’s Dry Creek Plaza in July 2005, and he has truly enjoyed meeting all of his new patients. Dr. Doman is a perfectionist and performs excellent dentistry, which is why he quickly became one of the leading cosmetic dentists in the state. He feels blessed to be able to serve so many great people.
Meet Our Team
Hello! I am one of the dental hygienists here at Doman Dental. Born and raised in Springville, Utah, and now live in Lehi with my husband, Chandler. We are expecting a baby in 2023. I graduated high school with my dental assisting certification and worked as an assistant for six years. I attended dental hygiene school at Utah College of Dental Hygiene, where I graduated with honors and a bachelor’s degree. I love spending my free time hiking, biking, reading, playing with my french bulldog, Stitch, and spending as much time as possible with my family.
I am one of the dental hygienists here at Doman Dental. I graduated hygiene school at UVU in 2002. I have been practicing hygiene for 20 years, and I love it. I am married, and we have four boys. We love to travel as a family. Hawaii is our favorite place to visit. I love to hike, run and do group fitness. I also love to read in my spare time. I am excited to be working at Doman Dental and furthering my career as a hygienist.
Natalie Merrill is a Dental Hygienist extraordinaire and has been part of Doman Dental since 2011. She earned her degree from Utah College of Dental Hygiene and loves being part of a high-energy practice that expects the best from everyone on the team.
Natalie says, “I have the best job ever in the dental field. I get to take care of patients’ preventative care and always make sure they leave happy.” She takes pride in helping patients maintain their oral health while creating a positive, comfortable experience at every visit.
Natalie has a wonderful husband and four amazing children, including three girls ages 11, 9, and 5, and a two-year-old boy. Outside of the office, she enjoys running and doing CrossFit. Natalie and her husband also own a professional Ultimate Frisbee team. She loves listening to books and going on adventures with her kids.
Hi, I’m Jill! I’m one of the dental hygienists here at Doman Dental. I’m originally from Coalville, Utah, and now live in Saratoga Springs with my husband and our three kids. I graduated from the dental hygiene program at Fortis College and have been a hygienist for 10 years. I love helping patients feel comfortable at the dentist while keeping their smiles healthy. In my free time, you will find me spending time with my family, hitting the gym, watching or playing sports, traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
Lexi has been with Doman Dental since October 2025. She graduated from Fortis College with her dental hygiene degree. She enjoys being able to focus on patient education and preventive care. Lexi said, “Knowing that I am helping people improve their oral health is the best part of my job.” Lexi stays positive, professional, and committed to continuing education for patients.
Meghan McKee joined Doman Dental in November of 2025. She graduated from BYU–Idaho in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and is also a Certified Health Education Specialist. Meghan became a Certified Dental Assistant after graduating from Assist to Succeed in 2025.
Meghan says the best part of working at Doman Dental is the variety of procedures Dr. Doman performs, including root canals and cosmetic dentistry. She enjoys being part of a team-focused environment where everyone supports each other and works together to be their best.
She contributes to the success of the practice by ordering supplies, stocking operating rooms, assisting Dr. Doman with procedures, and treating patients “like they are my favorite grandma.”
Meghan has been married to her husband for 11 years, and together they have a nine-year-old son and an eight-year-old daughter. In her spare time, she loves running and has completed three marathons. She also enjoys exploring new areas, trying new restaurants, and going on adventures.
Tatum Muir is from Lehi, Utah and completed the Dental Assisting program at MTECH during her senior year of high school. She went on to work at a pediatric dental office for several years before joining Doman Dental, and the team is happy to have her here.
Tatum enjoys arts and crafts, reading, dancing, and listening to true crime podcasts. Whenever she gets the chance, she also loves spending time at the beach.
Bri joined Doman Dental in December of 2025. She attended Practical Dental Assisting of Utah and graduated in 2017. She has also served as a Dental Assistant Instructor for the past three years.
Bri says her favorite part of being at Doman Dental is that she truly feels at home. She loves the environment, the staff, Dr. Doman, and his wife, Rocky, and values being part of a supportive team. Bri brings energy, friendliness, and enthusiasm to the practice, always going above and beyond to make sure patients feel comfortable and well cared for.
Bri is married and, together with her husband, is raising their five-year-old son, who she says is the light of her life. Outside of work, she enjoys embroidery, being crafty, and loves attending raves. As Bri puts it, “My job is also a hobby. I love teeth that much.” When asked if there was anything else she wanted to include in her bio, her response was, “What’s red and bad for your teeth? A brick!”
Katie joined Doman Dental in October of 2025. She loves meeting new people and watching their confidence shift after they get work done on their teeth. She enjoys the variety of services Doman Dental offers and has loved working with both the patients and the team, who truly feel like family.
Katie contributes to the success of Doman Dental by showing up every day, answering phone calls, emails, and texts, and helping patients get scheduled for appointments. Her favorite part of her role is helping patients feel comfortable even before they are taken back to a room.
Katie has been married to her best friend and the love of her life, Brock, for 22 years. Together they have three children, ranging in age from 17 to 20, along with several dogs that she lovingly calls her fur babies. Katie also owns an in-home bakery and catering company that she runs with her kids and other family members, including her mom, sisters, nieces, and friends.
In her spare time, Katie can be found in the kitchen baking, creating new recipes, and preparing delicious meals. She loves to sing and previously performed with her band throughout Utah. Katie also enjoys warm weather, spending time in the water, and visiting theme parks with her family and friends.
Hi, I’m Rande, the Insurance Financial Coordinator here at Doman Dental with 10 years of experience in the insurance field. I enjoy helping our patients understand the financial aspect of their treatment and dental insurance. I love traveling with my husband, baking custom cakes and party planning. Any chance I get you’ll find me outside soaking up the sun. I have 4 beautiful children and a mini goldendoodle named Wally.
